Please try to understand that even quality product requires quality packaging. How can you send consignment in punctuated packets? Really disappointed at your approach.

Thanks for your feedback. It is likely that the packets are punctured due to the difference in air pressure as the packages are shipped by Air. Or, it can be due to mishandling by the carrier. But anyway, we will have a relook and assure you to control this issue to the best we can!
